Question Outdoor car cover?

My car has to live outside on the drive, so ive been thinking about a car cover.

Any issues with a cover?
Any suggestions on a supplier?
On flea-bay theres a cover-zone one that fits the bill and seems cheap, they anygood?

you get what you pay for - I had one from classic additions (google) which was waterproof, only had very minor condensation issues and had very soft lining which did not scratch the paint. IIRC, I paid around GBP130 for it....and to get a decent one I would budget for this sort of minimum figure.

The other thing you can do is to Permagard or Toughseal your car - both are paint treatments that are semi-permanent and do the same thing without the hassle of having to don and doff said car cover....(sometimes its a hassle when you want to go for a quick drive and then you have to spend 5-10 mins removing the cover and putting it away etc....)

Evolution 3 or Noah, seems to be the best.
Anyway, that's what I've been using forever...
Always put on a clean car only.

+ 1 on you get what you pay for. No chance you can swing for a carport? It makes all the difference if you can keep the sun and rain off. I use a cover on rare occasions, and mainly to keep the sun from fading the rear reflector and other parts when I have to park on a sunny day.

Don't buy the cheap ones on ebay, they fit horrible. I wasted 50 bucks on one.

+1 Classic additions. I used it a lot in Italy when we lived there for 3 years.
Kept heat, water and dust away. Really good quality.

Cheers

I have a Classic Edition outdoor cover. I brought it 5 years ago, and it's still very good.....

Cheers,

Mark.
