Default Blower Bypass - Question

I finally decided that i needed to have the front blower units work with my heat (my basic need was more hot air volume for defrost)
i installed the Resistor for the blower motor (15W 50ohm 1% tolerance resistor i.e. the fancy one) which i mounted in a vented plastic box. I did not add the second resistor since it is hooked up to my OEM ByPass pipe (ala Carnewal)

My question is - How much Air volume are you guys getting with the front blowers alone? I am getted More definitly but not as much as when it is set to 100% cold. I would estimate it is 1/3 as much - they are definitly spinning just not very much

thanks

Rob - I installed same but used both resistors - in plastic box also - I have a good amount of air moving in the cockpit - BUT - what I have noticed is - 1. I don't have hot air - it appears that the air from the exhaust heater unit is being blown out the sides of the car in the rear wheel wells - and 2. the blower does not work if you turn it to a higher temperature for some reason seems to cut off around 21. Not sure if this is related to the resistors or not -.
But in replying to your question - I have good air volume - about waht it was like before I removed the rear blower and installed the by pass.
Question - when I installed the by pass I could not get the bottom rubber ring to go on the by pass and fir it into the base opening next to the distributors - the base of the by pass was larger than the standard heater pipe - Did this work for you - or how did you resolve
Thks
