just a word about Ultimate Pedals
not affiliated in any way, but I just talked with Rob over at Ultimate pedals. My dead pedal was one of the early iterations, and didn't fit. Rather than hack it up, I called to see if I could swap for one that fit properly. They are sending me a new one, no charge. Great outfit to deal with, if you are thinking of getting pedals.

Perhaps I am missing something but if they sent you a part that did not fit/was poorly made, shouldn't it be expected that they send you the correct one?

Marc, I bought the set almost 2 yrs ago, and finally got around to installing the pedals this year. Yes, if this was a recent purchase, I would expect this kind of response, but 2 yrs later? Not what I'd expect, and 2 yrs ago they were prototyping the dead pedal and have since gone thru a few designs before settling on the current design.
