Ive re-fitted the side skirts with some problems.
Firstly most ov the threads under the car sheared off, whilst removing the plastic nuts.
Secondly when the side sill is refitted the new rubber trim dosnt fit flush with the sill, looks like it lips over? Makes it look a bit wobberly.
Iam concerned about the lack of fixings and the poor finish with the new rubber trims.
Has this happen to any one else?
Iam thinkin bout a big drill and some bolts, and i dunno bout the rubbers???
Any suggestions?

replaced by rubber awhile back.....and of course broke some of the threaded sill attachment pieces (front of each sill)....delayed the project until I ordered these pieces......one completed, all good. had no problems with the threads unter the car.......I think these are metal, and the nuts are plastic.....perhaps new plastic nuts would correct this issue. as far as the rubber goes, they only go on one way...and they do have a bit of a lip...but with a little work the lips were "evened out" and look correct. I'd hold off on the drill and bolts. with about $10 worth of OEM fasteners, the fit is quite good and secure. here's some part information: http://www.pelicanparts.com/PartsLoo...-05-Frame3.htm

IIRC the 'prong' near the front of the sill (see your last photo above) is tricky to seat correctly because of the plastic undertray. It slides between the undertray and the car. Getting that one right is key to it all fitting together nicely.
