I havn't been able to crack this issue alone so I need some guidance.
The car cranks just fine but no fuel is getting to the engine. I have replaced the DME and have checked for leaks but nada.

When you say "replaced the DME", did you also change the relay, which seems to be a common problem with no start issue. It would be a shame to go through the trouble to replace a DME only to find out it is the relay.

Good luck

My bet's it's the DME relay...very common, as said.

Just finished reading that thread.
Does this buzzing sound mean I need a new DME?
Is the fuel pump relay and the DME two different things?
I just put in a new fuel pump relay.

I am working on a 964 C4.
How can you tell the fuel pump is working?
I'm guessing that is what the problem is.

Quickest and dirtiest way of telling if the fuel pump is working is to remove the fuel line, and crank it over.....but mind the mess. I use a bottle to collect the fuel when I have done this, it pumps at a fair rate.

Careful as you go though.

"it pumps at a fair rate."
An understatement .
It will **** out a few gallons before you know what .
Use a big clean gas can as a catch can .
If you undo the line from the fuel filter , then clamp on a rubber tube to run to the catch can ...
Have a water hose and a fire extinguisher ready .
Don't burn down your house or your car .
Pull the car away from the house before doing this sort of thing .

Have you tried starting it on starter fluid ?
