Belt squeal on down shift... WHY !?!

Down shifted from 4th to 3rd last night and got some belt squeal!?! about 2 or 3 seconds worth . What's that all about?? Loose belts?? something slipping?? Oh my!! 90 c4

Old hard belt , glazed pulleys , loose adjustment , wet belt .
No big deal , its just a small little thing .
