I have narrowed down my intermittent ABS/PDAS problem to the wheel speed sensors (working through Adrian's book and discounting everything else it must be an electrical problem) - problem is the allen heads are rusted and wont budge! I need to get them off and clean them up.
Any ideas on how to remove them and what size bolt is a suitable replacement?
TIA

I too thought I wouldn't get mine out - not enough leverage with a normal Allen key. I then found that there was the correct Allen key bit in my impact driver set and by taking the chuck off the impact driver and using a socket wrench with short extension, I could get them undone. The key was being able to exert enough down force to stop them 'rounding'. Don't forget to WD40 first to give yourself more chance.
IIRC they are M6 allen bolts. For some reason the ones on the front wheels are shorter than those on the rear, I'm guessing 8 and 15 mm respectively but don't hold me to that. I had a supply of all sorts of sizes and just matched them to what I'd removed.
