Here are some pix of a '91 c2 cab. There is a close-up of the plastic plug that replaces the original plug. You can see the ring in the corner of the seat back. I hope this helps.

Great shot of the plugs installed. OP- now you just need exact measurements to cut your own holes in the panels. I thought they were more complete as far as coverage, but I was mistaken (not wrong, just mistaken )

Hawk, I will be at work until Friday morning. I'll pull a plug and check for a part number then. My car came with the windstop so I didn't purchase it. (but I sure do like it...)

Photolaz, the OEM plug is # 911.555.523.6670B. You might check with Pelican parts, they list 5 or 6 different ones, to see if any are for the windstop. Check with your Porsche dealer since it was an accessory from Porsche. They are listed for about 3 bucks each.

this link may help. Part 18 in the diagram is the OEM piece. http://www.pelicanparts.com/PartsLoo...-07-Frame3.htm

To all,
Thanks for the replies, photos and advice. I'll be going to the dealer on Monday it get these ordered. I think I can figure out the location through your photos and a little trial and error, hopefully no error. Because I don't have rear seats the wire thing doesn't sit right so I have to do some creative engineering on that part. I'll try to post some photos when done incase someone else trys a similar project. Thanks again!
