Default LubroMoly or Molykote... does anyone use?

My mechanic uses Molykote (which is an additive based on molibdenum disulphur) in every 911 he takes care off.

Does anyone use this or LubroMoly Oil ?

Additives in modern oils are controlled in the parts per million. And then some wrench decides he/she knows how to make it better than the oil manufacturer that spends millions on R&D every year? How does the after-market additive manufacturer know what is already in the oil? Why do all the car manufacturers void warranties if oil additives are used?
