For those going with clear corners dont forget the correct bulbs. Replacing the amber bulbs gives you a "scrambled egg" look. You can get the THESE bulbs and they blend in better with the clear lenses and produce street legal amber color in use. I have seen them at Pep Boys for about $12.99 a set.

I don't understand they're amber or blue-ish?:

It's worth noting that all the clear signal sets are not the same. I initially order a set through eBay from a well-known Porsche aftermarket supplier for about $95. I was disappointed in the reflective coating inside; it looked like dull crappy silver paint. Meanwhile I learned on Rennlist (thank you) that there were better ones available. I sent mine back and order the Dansk set from Pelican for around $155. These have an inner coating that resembles chrome, and it make a big difference in the appearance!. Had to drill out the blank for the side bulb, but no big deal.
I ordered the bulbs from http://autolumination.com/1156_1157.htm
They are about 2/3 down the page, 1157 Silver Vision Amber. Chrome unlit, amber when lit.
I don't think the blue ones are US legal.
Barry, I got the Dansk ones too. Had to drill out the blank for the side bulb and file the tabs. Got the same turn signal bulbs from autolumination. Need to get the parking light bulbs.

I'm at a bit of a loss on the parking light (side marker) bulbs. Both of mine are crusty, but the number Sylvania shows is not the bulb that's in that socket...???

The bulbs have a silver/blue irridescent coating that makes them less visible in the clear lenses. When they are illuminated they produce amber light.
