Three pages for advice on a trickle charger?? wow!

I use the one from Porsche in my cars... no problems there. Long cable so there is no need for additional electrical extensions, once fully charge they turn off, works like a charm.

Try the CTEK XS 3600 - really simple to use and keeps the battery in tip-top condition!

Default I use a cutoff

I had same problem but decided to use a cutoff switch - connect to the ground post, turn it off when I'm away, turn it on when I get back - works like a charm for $15.
