Tail light material

Are the tail lights made of polycarbonate? I need to know what glue to buy to make a repair.

Sorry I should have been more specific. Is the red/pink lens material made of polycarbonate?

Not sure what the material is but I used 5 minute epoxy to repair a small crack on on of my tail light lenses.
