Default Hot wire conversion?

Any one have a Hotwire airmass conversion?
Ive seen an add stating that this kit with the right exhaust setup will produce an extra 50hp!!
Is this correct, and how does it work?
I either get my car re-mapped at Ninemeister or go for this Hotwire thing, or can i do both?

Spend your money with Colin. Take HP gains with a grain of salt. Most are overblown.

I have a hot wire AFM, a primary bypass, and a high-flow (100 cell cat) and my car was dyno'ed at 287 hp at the flywheel but how much is hot wire and how much is exhaust I'll never know.

If I lived on your side of the pond, I'd be knocking on Colin's door.
