I got one some time ago from Chart One Auto on eBay. They still list them here

The quality is good and the price seems sensible.

I've got the Cover-Zone one and it is a good cover for a reasonable price.

If i remember correctly there were three options - indoor, outdoor and an intermediate use one as well which is the one i got.

The only down side was it was tight trying to clip it to itself under the car using the straps - but I guess this is the whole point if it is to be used outside in windy conditions
