I thought you'd already found that Porscheshop supplied them or are these not the same as Powerflex ones?

Dave,
I googled "Milford Microsystems" and got their home page. The phone number is not listed and they give a fax number which appears to be a US number. Have a look at www.milfordmicros.co.uk and see if you can contact them there. There is a link on there to an article which appeared in Total 911 recently so that might be some help too.
Regards
Dave

Dave,
Milford do not sell the Powerflex bushes . They are available only through the Powerflex distributors .
I just went on line to Powerflex and on their site selected UK,Cornwall and two
distributor details came up ! If you need help doing that , then PM me .
Sorry about this but my input to the wishbone bushes was to persuade Powerflex that there was a market and supply 964/993 wishbones for development . Fortunately I had known David Power for a long while so the
project pushed ahead .
I became very happy that a better design of wishbone design became available
and the cost was very reasonable !A period of " on the road " testing was carried out by three 911s .
The final effort was to contact my old friend Phil Raby , who did an article
in 911 & Porsche world .
Hope that helps.
Geoff

Geoff
I have just phoned the guys in Redruth cornwall , they are not in stock but will order them in for me.
No need to apologise , I was just looking for the best option and i think the Cornwall distributer is best.
If there is no cheaper option b y close of business i will order them today.
Currently best price £100 + vat .

Dave ,
Glad you got that sorted . If you are doing the wishbone bush fitting job
take care when removing the old steel sleeves . I advise not to clean up the rusty stuff thats left . Use that to almost weld the Poly bush in !
Gone at in a sensible rate it is not too bad a job .
Well , I did a reasonable number !
Good luck

Dave,
Sorry to get back to you. I just read the fitting blurb on the e-bay site.
Be careful with the wishbones ! They are aluminium and must NOT have
hacksaw slots and big lumps broken off .
I just dont want your rise to happiness being buggered by a slip .
This may have a sound of obsession, but thats an area that can not be said too many times !
Going back to the pre bush time, I could pick up 10 - 20 wishbones , both 964 and 993 , from the trash bin at specialists and dealers , free of charge .
A thought to plant in your head if you need a replacement wishbone .
They are worth nothing if with the trash !!!
I will shut up now and let you be covered in smiles !!
