Guys - he's in Canada, which means that he may be French speaking and English not his native language.
The extra exhaust pipe is probably for the wastegate on the turbo - when it reaches maximum prescribed boost, the wastegate opens and allows the exhaust to bypass the turbo and exit into the atmosphere.
The front bumper treatment was dictated by the center oil cooler, which is very important for a turbo charged 911. The large lights in the front bumper are 935 style, see here:

The car is a bit sloppily done but it all seems to be there and the price is adjusted accordingly.
