Does anyone have the parts number for the Bosch H4 headlights that will fit a 1991 C2 964.

I bought from Daniel Stern (no affilication), but I've yet to do the install so I can't comment as to the fitment, etc. I hope to do the install in the next couple of months.

At any rate, here's data for what I bought:

Code:
      Daniel Stern Lighting
        url
          http://www.danielsternlighting.com/tech/relays/relays.html
        $348 headlamp ***'y, H4 Euro code, RHtraffic, genuine Bosch $174/ea
        $ 55 Relay installation package RIK-H4R, 1ea
        $ 57 85/80W Bulbs for headlamps (+spare)
             If you leave the stock headlamp wiring untouched, you need to
             limit your bulb wattage to
               70/65w maximum ($19/ea).
             If you upgrade the wiring, you can use
               85/80w high efficacy ($19/ea),
               100/90w ($18/ea) or
               130/100w ($19/ea).
             Recommend at least one spare bulb because these are all
             nonstandard wattages. If you want to stick with stock
             officially-legal wattage, the best ones are
               60/55w ultra high efficacy, $17/ea.
             All of these are German-made bulbs with proper colorless clear
             glass, no blue phony-Xenon crapola here.
        $  8 Bulbs for city lights contained w/in headlamps. Use X6W, $3.98/ea
        $ 27 Brakes, Reverse
              Can also make your brake and front / rear turn signal lamps 40%
              brighter for $6.10/bulb, your reversing (backup) lamps 100%
              brighter for $7.20/bulb, front and rear sidemarker lights 40%
              brighter for $3.98/bulb.
        ----
        $495 Total

From Vertex Auto:
Order Items:
----------------------------------------------------------
Qty SKU Product Ext
----------------------------------------------------------
1 3934 H-4 Ultimate Headlight Package 439.00
2 1787 Trim Ring Screw, Small 6.00
2 1777 Trim Ring Screw, Large 16.00

I bought some pig tails online to convert from the original plugs to the H4 without cutting any wires. I will try to find that info, but so far am striking out.

I am using regular wattage bulbs. If I go higher wattage, I will install relays and direct wire rather than using the pigtails. My car is very low mileage, so I wanted to be able to revert to stock in case I sell to a collector. (1989 C4, 2500 miles when I bought it, 6000 miles now)

The H4 kit came with primered trim rings. These have been sent to Bumper Plugs for painting last week.

Is Sterrn still operating? I sent him a fax and several phone calls with no response.

I don't know. It's been a while since I bought my kit.
