Wheel offset and width questions
I am looking at two sets of 17" wheels and I am not sure that they will fit.
Set 1
17 x 8 et 52
17 x 10 et 55
Set 2
17 x 7.5 et 49
17 x 9 et 42
For Set 1 the offsets look fine, but how will the rears fit. Will it be very tight? Will I need to roll the fender? I have a '92, so the oil line should already be flat, and I believe that the proper stops on the steering were installed at the factory beginning in '92 so the fronts should be fine.
For Set 2 I didn't think that the offset for the rear would fit, but recently ran across a post where a 44 offset was used on a NB 964.
TIA

Set one fronts are OK the rears might fit, try them and see, but you need to get them to about 53mm. Set two, the fronts will fit, the rears are too low, they will stick out too much, not much you can do about that.
