here's an idea for you.....

get Fox to make you some air sprung dampers. not only will they be way light, but you will be able to adjust the spring force along with the damping. they should be able to use alot of existing drawings....

Humpty Dumpty already has 4-way adjustable dampers. The front struts, by the way, are carbon fiber and all shafts, front and rear, are hard-chromed titanium.
