964 and RH Wheels, installed!!!
I just had to share my excitement about getting these wheels. I have been searching for them used and I didn't expect to find them until a fellow Rennlister, LPM911 posted them in the classifieds. Wheels are new and they come with Michelin Pilot Sports. Front tires are brand new and the rears have less than 3,000 miles on them.
A typical day here in Seattle. Rain!!!
Thanks LPM911....
Front: 225/40/R18
Rear: 265/35/R18
Wheel sizes are:
F 8.0x18 ET 52
R 9.5x18 ET 47

They sure do look damn good to my eyes as well... How do I justify another set of new wheels?? Your car looks really good even though red has never been a favourite colour of mine. I think in the filtered light you guys in the Northern Hemisphere get the red has a really warm glow to it. Down here in Oz it just looks stark.
Congrats on the wheels, a great mod!!

Nice wheels... What size are the wheels??? You gave the offset as Rear ET47 and Front as ET52... I have acquired a set of Speedlines that I just got back from the shop from being refurbished... They are 18x10 ET47 and 18x8.5 ET50 and I have a widebody so I don't see a problem with fit... I was a bit worried based on the picture of your car...

Thanks for the complements everyone.
I agree, my car is totally different to me now that I have new wheels. It has more attitude or something, can't put my finger on it but it is sure feels good...
Funny, when I go down to the garage to get something, I have to stop and stare at the car for a few minutes. My wife tells me it is more like 15 minutes or more.
Wheel sizes are:
F 8.0x18 ET 52
R 9.5x18 ET 47
No rubbing on the inside wheel wells, not even on the right rear.
Suspension setup is: Bilstein HDs and HR Springs.
Thanks again

I have never been south of the equator and hope one day to visit Oz. I smiled when I read your comment about our filtered light. I like this description of Seattle. I will snap a picture on one of our bright sunlite days to see what you think about the color. I think there is a day coming up in April...
