What is the dB Rating on the Secondary Muffler Bypass?
I'm going to Lime Rock in a couple of weeks and they have a noise restriction of 89 dB. I'm running a drilled air box and a secondary bypass. Should I be concerned?

Good luck.

Drifting
Laguna Seca has a dB limit of 92dB. If I run it right to red line in 3rd, I hit 93db. So I short shift and I am OK.
My setup is:
- removed undertray(s)
- fabspeed cat bypass
- secondary bypass
- drilled airbox
I remember when I didn't have the cat bypass I was just under the limit. I think the cat bypass was worth a couple dB.

Also at Laguna Seca, I ran a consistent 89 db with a cat bypass and secondary bypass but stock primary with cup airbox (not holes, the whole cover cut open) and no undertrays.

not for sure
It seems to differ from day to day. I don't know if it is how they are using the sound meters or who is doing it. Can't speak for sure about your setup, but I do know several people who have had no problem, and the next time they go there with the same setup they get the dreaded flag.
I don't think that their enforcement is consistant.

I got black-flagged at Road Atlanta during the Sunday morning "quiet" time with a secondary bypass, open airbox, and no undertray. I don't know what the dB restriction was but I had to keep it below 4000 to stay on the track.
