how do you remove the lower interior kick panels?

how do you remove the lower interior kick panels?
I need to get at the heating tubes, how do i remove those interior pieces? just yank them?

Garry,
There should be a couple of screws hidden in the carpet on the right (pass) and from what I remember on the left the 2 screws are part of the front trunk release handle base. Once you remove these, simple push the panel towards the front of the car to unseat the clip the keeps the panel on.
