Default PCA Snowflake Run - Snow or Shine but not in Oil

Feel like I'm on the Farnbacherloles racing team today:
Got up this am to go to the PCA Snowflake Rally. Went to garage. Removed cover. Whoops, oil on ground under oil line drain plug. About a 1/4 of a quart.
Upon further inspection, large area under right side of car soaked with more oil. Attempted to ratchet the plug but it was all tight. Returned sulkingly to apartment and proceeded to watch 6 hours of the 24 Hours of Daytona.

Got oil change a few weeks ago at my local mechanics shop
Don't feel that any damage was done because I was in attendance for the whole procedure.
Is there anyone out there with any experience with this kind of leak?
Winter phenomenon?
What's the frequency of this kind of oil line leak on a 1990 C2?
Will I need to replace oil lines?
And most importantly, what's it going to cost me?

Only time I had this was when I did not have a new washer for the drain plug and re-uised the old. As soon as I replaced it no more leak.

Confirm that the leak is coming from the drain plug and if so just order a new aluminum crush washer (Porsche part no #900-123-118-30), drain the oil tank into a extra clean container and then replace the washer and refill with oil. The torque spec for the drain plug is 50 Nm (37 ft.lbs).

Hopefully it will cost you 35 cents.

i like the oil dripping down the jackstand in the second picture - where is it coming from? (as everything else in the picture seems dry!)

That's actually dried paint from another (non-porsche) project.
