Default Opinions on H&R Coilovers?

I am getting ready to pull the trigger on this setup. The price seems pretty good right now.

I would greatly appreciate any input on what to expect/ NE1 have these?
My susp. is stock. I want to improve the handling and the looks w/o a "track only" type of ride comfort. I drive the car in a sprirted fashion on backroads & mt roads all the time and occasionally track it with Race tires on.

Thanks!

I have those same ones - the ride is stiff without being harsh but certainly it seems to handle and track better.

Some would say that you should not go stiffer for a daily driver (I read that here in past threads before buying mine) but I actually plan to swap them for something stiffer as soon as my wife....err...wallet will permit.

For that kind of money I would recommend JIC. You'll get less fade on the track, and more flexibility in set up (can go stiffer - set comes with camber plates, sway bars, etc). Just my 2 cents...

I have the JIC setup, and it's pretty harsh for the street, I would not recommend it unless you hit the track quite a bit.

If you don't hit the track, then I recommend running the simple Bilstien/HR Greens' setup vs the coilovers. Save yourself some $$. They have a great ride, and have a great lowered stance.
