5MM spacers
Adrian suggest in his book using 225/45/17 tyres at the front with 5MM spacers
And where can I get them ? H&R has only 7MM and up

What I should have said was "these are as close as you will find and I used them on my car with the stock studs and the lugs still grabbed plenty of thread so go for it".
