My guess is that a body shop could fix it up with no problem....but by the time you do that, it might cost just as much to get new ones. Probably the only way to win out of it is if someone were to get a fibreglass repair kit at Crappy Tire and fix it themselves.
If you do end up ordering a set stateside...be careful of the customs brokerage fees. UPS hosed me $35 to send those splitters up to Calgary.

for our american and european friends: crappy tire (euphemism for Canadian Tire) = Pep Boys in the US. No idea as to what the Euro equivalent might be.
M
