Default Brake line fitting size

One off season project I will be performing on my car is to rebuild my brake calipers. Does anyone know off the top of their head the fitting size for the brake line into the caliper? I'd like to be able to screw on "something" to cover the brake lines and prevent them from oozing for the days that the calipers are off the car.

Charlie,
If your rubber lines are original, an option is to cut the old lines in half and then insert a bolt, pen, etc. to plug the line while you take your time with the calipers. Then you can install new lines at the same time as the refinished calipers.

You can also press your brake pedal about 1" in, hold it at that position with a stick, and now the lines won't weep when the circuit is opened. You can just cover the open lines with saran wrap or similar to keep the bugs out. That's how I do it
