I just got my car back from the shop, and evething seems to be fine with the engine, But I noticed the AC in not blowing cold, and the clutch on the compressor is never turning on. when they pull the engine out could they have missed something with the AC. I hope it was something I can check myself.

In pulling out the engine, they must move the compressor. It is possible that one of the fitttings was loosened enough to set some of the pressure out of the system. The compressor will not engage if the pressure is low. This hapenned on mine during the last rebuild. Just have the shop recharge it.

More likely they missed connecting a wire. The shop should be happy to fix that for free.

look to see if the reconnected the little wire coming off the compressor that connects on the right rear corner of the car. Comes out of the connector real easy.
