I have recently install a Autothouity MAF intake and the performance chip that came with the unit.
Everything seems to work fine except my idle is sitting at around 1300rpm and I am wondering if there is an adjustment for the idle and where it is located?

There really isn't an adjustment - sounds like bad chip to me.

This is s dumb question but did you reset the DME and clean your ISV? If not... Try that and see what happens.
