Do we pay more for having a Porsche?
Funny thing as I was looking for 0W-40 oil for the 2 P-cars. I did a search online and found Porsche Park Place Stores selling the 0W-40 for $5.70 a quart. They call it the Trisynthetic Formula.
Then a second website called Park Place (a yahoo store) advertised the Mobil 1 0W40 European Car Formula for $5.50.
hey are the same oil and both recommended by the manufacturers, Yet the P-car oil is more expensive than the MB oil. Now it's just 20 cents more so not life and death, but still interesting nonethelss.
