How Loud?...thats what I am going to find out.
All proven systems are already too loud so without trying this I will never know as no-one has an answer to the H&R system but reading the replies to the start of this thread Fabspeed / GHL / Bypass pipes people have tried and are too loud.
I'm going to play guinie pig and give it a try. The difference I see is that the company is based in UK so any issues I might have with the system I'm hoping they will help to get them resolved.
Could be the answer people are after in an exhaust and I'm willing to dip in my pocket to try and find out.

HOWEVER! the problem is that the test was done with cat. Does anybody know what noise level a standard system with and without cat produces? From that, we can deduce how much silencing the cat produces and therefore what we can expect from this silencer without a cat.

Simmon when the goods arrive and the session booked your more than welcome to tag along.
Christer the part show is £425 + vat.
For £705 inc VAT you also get a euro pre-muffler to by-pass the cat which I think is a good deal and hopefully will keep the sound level down as wel.

A Fabspeed system from design911 cost £700 and that is the back box only and another £234 for the bypass.
This was what I originally intended buying by the general feedback I get is it'll be too Loud.
If the results are as good as I'm hoping then I'll be more than happy and the cost saving should pay for the RR.

Christer H&S can make headers as well if you ask them but thats more ££££.....those I will probably do at a later stage when I start on engine mods.
I doubt anyone sells a new system for £705 that includes headers as well.

IMHO, there is no point making exhaust mods unless you do the headers, other than if your current system is falling apart and you need to replace it anyway or you are just doing it for sound. I think without the headers you are looking at very limited gains, plus you don't know how loud the system is anyway. It would be interesting to find out for sure though, I have been the guinea-pig enough up to this point I think!
