HAD TO PASS THIS ON......Broke the key at the hilt tried picking tools crazy glue... Read all threads for this problem found no results....only suggestions...Long story short... I used Tri-flow superior lubricant....then used two Sewing Machine Needles....one on each side in the key slots at an angle pressing then pulling outward....out she came ...... Jim

Kinda remind's me of a dark and stormy night in Virginia Beach and the same thing happened to my 912. I was 300 miles from home and had to walk two miles to my hotel room. Wet, cold and really pissed. I returned the next day and fished it out with the tweasers from my swiss army knife. Hitched to a Porsche dealer and had a new one made from the ssn. I learned to watch the wear on any car key.
