Yep it's on track, but that's still pretty good for a 3.6 litre car, there's lots of cars that do less than half that.

My best ever is 23 mpg (us) and worse, around 10 mpg (us) on track.
If you get any better than 23 mpg (us) you're not driving your 964 as intended, do you?
