Long shot, looking for the PO
I am just wondering if anyone here traded in a 90C2 at Don Rosen Imports a couple of weeks ago.
The Sales person said that the car is lowered to Euro ride hight which makes me think the PO is an enthusiast and just wondered whether the PO might visit here and be willing to tell me the car's service history.

You might want to post on Pelican. They have a wider following, although the best 964 info is here.
You may also want to check out the local PCA club, maybe Reisentoter.
You should ask the salesman at Don Rosen if they are affliated with any PCA group. I know our region is affliated with Winner Porsche, and they pay for the first year's membership with any Porsche auto purchase.
