Friend of mine recently bought the Nokia N70, loaded it with tomtom maps and a bluetooth 32 channel reciever, works pretty well, except battery life is about 2 hours with that lot on and running.

It does have POI's - and quite a few too even for some of the more obscure places. As for speed cameras - it doesn't show them as standard although this may be a possible add-on (which I haven't looked into)?
