Default Olista lube

Does anyone use anything other than Olista Longtime 3EP lube on the clutch release arm?

Do you mean the release bearing that is pressed onto the pressure plate or the fork that pivots on the bellhousing? The release bearing and guide tube are installed dry with a DMF or use Optimoly MPO, for a LWF you use 3EP. Basically for metal-to-metal contact use Longtime 3EP and for plastic-to-metal contact use MPO or nothing. Both are available for $16USD/each, #999-917-788-00 Optimol MPO and #000-043-024-00 Olista Longtime 3EP. I've uploaded the product data sheets for 3EP if you want to try to find locally that is similar.

I meant the fork. I'll just stick with the 3EP.

thanks,
