I got lucky on a search and found it. 50 Nm (37 ft-lb)

Nice find, but does it apply to the 'upper' bolt (#8) as well? I know Jason seems to think so, but the TSB posted only seems to refer to the lower anchor bolts.

The torque does not matter .
The bolt is not clamping two things together .
The load on the bolt is only when the belt is pulled during an accident .
