looking for advice, recommendations on products to use on the rear screen, slight scratches at the moment.

Meguiars plastic cleaner is my choice. Not sure what you have available over there... but I am sure you can mail order the stuff:

Viv, hi. i can assure you, Zymol HD clense, followed by a coat of their wax, I know, I've done it and it,s great.
