Default power bleeder solved - what about starter??

woohoo getting very very close - confused about starter connections

I put the body ground strap under one of the barrel nuts holding the starter to the tranny.,

now there is another big cable from the car (not engine) that is black - it isn't grounded - maybe it's the positive? do i put this, and the big red cable from the engine wiring, both on the fat, off-center lead of the starter?

Yup, that's the positive lead direct from the battery.
