Here is a pic of the spoiler module I found in the forums.
As mentioned make sure the microswitches work and the fuse to the module is good. I am guessing you either don't have power getting to the module or it is missing otherwise you would have the light on your dash showing up. When I got mine it was missing, and when I put the module in it was intermittant due to one of the connectors in the harness being broken.
Good luck

You can use an ohm meter. Take off the two screws on the left side off the black cover to expose the gear and switches. One tells the spoiler module when it is up and the other down. You should be able to unplug the connector to the motor and apply 12V to lower and raise the wing. Make sure the switches change from open to closed on the meter when they are all the way up and all the way down. If not your switch may be bad or in need of adjustment. Check your fuse first, it is one of the last fuses in the box 30 something and is 15 A. Did you find the module under the seat?

Yeah I'm pretty sure I found the module but since my seat doesn't move its very hard to get to. I think I'm going to have to just take the seat completely out.

If you find you need the rear wing control module I suggest you contact LA Porsche Dismantler. I bought a module for my 90 964 from them and it was great. I think they charged $75 including S&H. A great deal compared to the dealer at over $200.00
