Light bulb for key head?

As the subject line says. I had one burn out. It has nothing on it to identify it by wattage, part number, nothing at all. Anyone know where they can be gotten, what they're called?

Wasn't there a DIY to replace the incandescent bulb with a longer lasting LED?

Yes. I think it was on the 993 board ... I might have a copy somewhere, I'll need to look.
