Original radios
Can any of you guys confirm me whether (i) the original radio in the 91 965 was a Blaupunkt Bremen SQR-49 ?
(ii ) In the 93 C4 964 what was the original radio? Was it a Becker?
(iii) Supposing none of them are the one I seek, what is a radio ( has allways been installed in my C4, at least came with it ), very simple looking, all black with Porsche written on the top, and with cd drive?
I would appreciate any enlightment..

sorry I can't answer you, however I have a feeling it's hard to determine what the real original was in a car if you didn't own it from new. This would hold especially true if the car is a ROW car. The books I've looked at does NOT show an Blaupunkt Atlanta as being the original in my car, however I'm assured that it is.
Like you, I would like to know how to be sure.
