Default tail light vent tube

I finally got around to painting my tail lights. Where should the vent tube from the corner lights be routed when I reinstall them? When I pulled them off I didn't see where the other end of the tube came from.

thanks,
c

The tubes from the corner lights run through the round holes in the body at the ends of the centre part and reconnect to the centre strip.

Does that make sense?

I have mine apart so can post a picture later if you need.

Chris M.....can you post a pic or two? I'm thinking about doing the same...all 3 of my rear lenses are different shades of pink. My girlfriend says it's not that noticeable...but it's just one of those things that looking at them every day is making me crazy!

Thanks!

Found 'em. Thanks Marc.

Skruggs- I'm going to post the before and after pics in the "faded tail lights" thread. It has details of the process too.

Just go to advance at the bottom when posting and then manage attachments at the bottom of the page. Follow the directions and it should work.

Your tail lights should all be connected together (right, center and left) via flexible tubing and (the left housing) should terminate at the air guide pipe (where the distributor vent kit terminates as well).
This helps prevent moisture from building up in the light housings.
