Eggplant Cab

Well a month after the major tuneup, I've found that the oil consumption is up to about 1 quart per 1000miles on highway driving vs 2000 before. Fuel consumption is also slightly higher.
I'm not too concerned as it is still within spec but just wondering if the mech doing the tuneup screwed up something.
