Default Cabin air temperature sensor fan

Dear all,

My cabin air temperature sensor fan has stopped working so the air temp is a little erratic. I seem to recall that someone here might know how to replace the fan but despite a forum search I have had no luck finding the solution.

Thanks very much for any suggestions.

A hot ... er no . . .cold . . . oh damn its too hot again open the windows. . . brrr.

Thanks very much Jim, that is a great help. I guess I can get new fans from an OPC but I think I recall reading somewhere that it is possible to replace it with a computer style fan - at a much more reasonable price.

Hi Rob - I am in Loughborough (that town off the M1 that most people know because they have driven past the sign :-).

Cheers,

John

I'm sure I have seen something on this as well but I cannot find the thread concerned. From what I remember simply cleaning up the fan was enough to get it controlling the heat levels correctly.

Have you taken the CCU out yet? Unless it has definitely broken you may find it does not need replacing.
