does anyone have any comments about this place as far as living there whether good or bad ??????

I here it can be very hot in the summer.

Dutch... many people come over to the "central coast" when it get's hot in Fresno...

Fresno and the whole 99 area have grown alot over the last eight years. There are some nice house to be purchased at a good price. You are also only several hours from San Fran and the Central Coast. It is warm in the summer, and cold in the winter, and also know for its low level fog.

Hotter than Hades in the summer (and no rain April through October). Not too close really to anything (4 hours to Bay Area), except Yosemite. I did have some customers that lived there though, and seemed to like it.. Also, they are building a new Motorsports facility close by. So guess it is not all bad...

My wife went to school at Cal Poly. She said there was a ballot issue where Californians got to vote if Cali would be split into two states. And then there was another question: "Which side should get Fresno?" As funny as that was, I think it was actually over water rights.
