I say do it - as posted above, it's entirely reversible - no harm done. Am toying with a stripe for the summer myself...

If it's reversible and you cover the rest of your car, ala Sal's P-car, then I'd say, "Go for it!" If it's just that sticker alone, I'd shy away.

Just my .02

Hey Johnny...
Speaking of "Mobil-Pegasus Decals", have you had a close at John D.'s new Rennlist.com Home Page photograph...
Check it out, I'm still waiting for you to start the trend...
From here,
Marc...

Why stop there? Go for a full Gulf or Martini racing scheme...

A single sticker may look lonely, but a race theme is certainly cool.

Have bought the stickers, but the car is in having a spring tidy up of the bodywork just now.

Just like the idea of the one sticker, low on the front wing. The car is entirely grey, with its clear indicators, and I thought red would go nicely against grey. Not really wanting to cover it in race stickers..I like the pegasus symbol, a nod to the racing heritage (it won't last you forever, Porsche AG) and the lifeblood that keeps her flying..

Anyway, there are grey and silver 993's, 996's and Boxsters everywhere these days, got to stick out somehow! They look good on the old cars (like the homepage, as you say Marc!), to my taste, and looks like I might be the first to ever put one on a 964!

I won't be doing it for a few weeks - I'll post a pic of course when I do. If it looks terrible, I'll peel it off and stick it on my toolbox..

How old are you ? Really ?

It is juvenile....totally guido and utterly assinine. One of my clients did it (the red pegasus)....and everyone who knows him laughs at him behind his back.
