Default Victory Motor car question

Has anyone been on-site at Victory and seen this car?

Item number: 4610020353

Its a '92 BLK C4 with a few mods. Clean Carfax and has been listed consistantly but not sold for a month or two.

Any info or feedback would be appreciated. I've been holding out for a '94 widebody but have had two recent cars out from under me.

Thanks!

His prices are always listed very high. I have negotiated on a few and have heard some have paid fair prices as well.

Many others I'm sure have paid high. I'd like to know if this one has been inspected yet by a Rennlister.

There was one on Pelican that sold in a day and another in VA that just sold.

Both aggresively priced around $25-27K.

There are a handful on Autotrader but some are tired and others are too high$$.

There's also a silver one that's been through eBay several times now. It's gone unsold at at least $36K as I recall.
Here's another. truspeed widebody
They're pretty rare so I doubt you're going to get one for cheap.

That silver one is being sold by a rude bunch of guys, asking for a ton of money. Offer them less, and beware... They actually told me it was already sold about 1.5 months ago when I inquired, even though it was just relisted on eBay for 7days the day I called!?! What's up with that?!

That blue one has a strange interior color...

the blue one has a silk grey interior; very nice on a blue or black car. The problem is Tiptronic; such a sweet car but I prefer manual in a sports car.

I have watched this one bounce around. It was from NYC listed on ebay then purchased by a Pelican guy in Alabama and sent to CA. It's probably been on a flatbaed more than the street.

That blue one is just mis-listed - no C4's were tiptronic... all have 5-speed tranny's.

Its wheel bearings and suspension are probably shot from being towed around, versus driven around everywhere!!! What a shame; that's a beautiful car.

A4, Robet Neal at Victory Motorcars brokers his cars and buys them thru Ebay and ups the resale by $2000 to $3000. He mostly deals in desirable cars. He has been in the business for over 20 years with Porsches so he knows when he has an excellent P-car or an average one. Any 964 with less than 60k miles will usually go for $26,000 with him. I got mine from him and then called the previous owners to verify what I was buying. Don't expect him to do much with the car after he gets it. He pretty much cleans then up and sells them. Cost me about $1000 to take care of an oil leak. You can trace back this car on ebay if that is where he got it by checking the feedback comments about Victorymotorscars. Get a PPI and Carfax. I'm happy with mine.

I've been doing research for a while now and pretty much know which car is where and who buys and who sells.

First thing first, you wont be getting a one year only production C4 widebody for less then 35K. I've notice a few that went cheap but how bad were they!!

The silver one on trader with 43K miles for 43K USD has been for sale for a while and it seems that Sloan has it. He sent me an email last week about that same car so I figured that he picked it up recently.

The blue one is pretty nice but haven't look at it closely.

Alright I was keeping this one under close eye but I don't think I'll go for it so if I can help someone find their dream car.....So be it. Weissach has a prestine white C4 widebody with black int for 59.9K CAD but it only has 20K Km. It might seem high but that's canadian dollars and it's in Km which is about 12.5K miles.

Good luck

Do yourself a favor and search this forum, search peleican and search Road FLy before doing business with Victory. Some of the stories and trickery this guy uses is scary. If you must buy from him go into a deal with your eyes wide open.
