From: Grantham, UK. My Whippets have wee'd up this many Telephone
Has anyone in the UK used the red light paint to refurbish their rear lights?
My lights have faded (like they all do, but the cheapest i can buy a new set for is £450!!!)
If so, where did you buy it and more importantly, is it any good???

Did mine a while ago and they came out a nice red colour rather than the pink colour they used to be-took 2 light coats.
Got the stuff from a local auto parts store (last can) in the "tuner" section
I paid about £10 cus the can was dusty !
heres a link to the same stuff but double the price

Here is my experience, I bought my paint over the internet and had a great experience with it. The local Halfords in England probably has a similiar product as the Kragens/Pepboys have here. Just make sure you get enough to cover for mistakes if you need to start over...

EDIT: BTW, I also recall folks saying that brand new lenses are somewhat dissapointing as they are still not a deep, deep red. Therefore painting may actually bring about more desirable results than a new set of lenses would.
Cheers,
