I have gotten several suggestions re replacing my 1994 C2 Cab missing tool kit as a result of another post I had re a road trip emargency kit. I would like any further feedback as to where I might get one other than my dealership as Pelican Parts and other sponsors dont seem to list one for my model year. As I wont be showing the car I am also open to piecemeal building a kit with the unique to Porsche tools plus regular mechanic tools if that is an option unless they are all unique and a must have. Ive done a search but didn't get any help finding one other than through the dealer for my year. I was warned that some of the tool kits that pop up on eBay may not be the right ones aand since I am new at this dont know how to look at them and guarantee they will work for a 1994. Not a major crisis but so far have been "wicked" (Sorry I'm a native NH guy) impressed by the help you have alll given me and others and thought I would ask.

I can only think of a wreckers outlet. Perhaps some unfortunate driver lost his/her 911/964 in a mishap, maybe with luck you would find your tool kit... Or, spend the bucks and order directly from Porsche, but you know that’s going to cost you. No, I would try the "last homes for the unfortunate 964’s lost in accident"...

I was looking at my tool kit and comparing it to this one for sale on eBay . Mine is basically just like that one, but I think it has an M10 angle wrench missing. It is from an auto dismantler. My car is a 1990 C2. Below is the link.

There are a few on eBay at the moment (search under "porsche 964") or else www.eagleday.com sell them for about US$350.
